Overview

We are looking for a team of highly motivated Client Relationship Specialists!  

 

Your main focus will be ensuring our venues are filled with the right type of customers. You will build strong relationships with the venues to understand their business needs and help them achieve their goals.  

  

Key Responsibilities & Skills: 

  • Outbound Calls – you will have a professional and personable telephone manner to make outbound calls to customers that will potentially fill our venues 
  • Client Communication – you will be an excellent communicator both written and verbal, demonstrating the ability to have great conversations with our venues and their potential customers, proactively engaging with them, building rapport and maintaining the highest standards of customer service  
  • Corporate Outreach- Build up a substantial CRM list of quality clients for venues through outbound calls, emails and networking  
  • CRM System – you will have knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM systems and be able to maintain customer profiles and input new, valuable data with a strong attention to detail  
  • Teamwork – you will work closely with the other Event Sales Specialists to share insights and best practice. You will also work closely with all other departments to ensure a streamline process from beginning to end and to deliver results and achieve both individual and company KPIS 
  • Achieve KPIS and targets in line with company expectations  
  • Relationships – You will build a close relationship with the BDMs to ensure you know where the focus areas need to be for venues. Understanding each of the venues you are responsible for and showing continuous improvement, a desire to learn and grow in your role 
  • Time Management – You will be responsible for ensuring effective time management during your working day
