Paid Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Paid Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional results for our brands. 

In this role, you’ll have the chance to: 

• Create and optimise impactful paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Paid Social, and more, with a focus on driving results. 
• Use your expertise to monitor and improve campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and hitting key performance targets. 
• Dive deep into market research, identifying trends and audience insights to refine strategies and stay ahead of the competition. 
• Collaborate closely with our marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and messaging. 
• Analyse data to provide actionable insights and reports, contributing to continuous optimisation and growth.

•  At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media, including Paid Social and Google Ads. 
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. 
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager. 
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• A results-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
• A creative outlook with a passion for driving business growth.
