The main bar at Artà is Spanish-inspired hacienda-style space in the heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City. It’s known for its warm Mediterranean atmosphere, candlelit interiors, and dramatic décor filled with artwork and rustic details. The bar serves Latin- and Mediterranean-inspired cocktails, including mojitos, Spanish-style gin drinks, and our popular strawberry-and-chilli margarita, all prepared by trained mixologists. In terms of layout and capacity, the Main Bar can accommodate around 120 seated guests or up to 400 standing depending on the setup, making it suitable for large social gatherings, birthdays, hen parties, cocktail masterclasses, and private events. The atmosphere is lively and theatrical, especially on weekends when the venue hosts entertainment and late-night experiences connected to its downstairs club, Canvas. The Main Bar also connects to other themed areas such as the Courtyard and Fireplace sections, giving the venue a flexible, immersive feel.
